2. According to forum members close to him, Alex Linder died of cancer back in June of this year. As someone who has voraciously digested all of Linder’s medias, including his daily posts on the blog kirksville.com and twitterclone Pieville, hi suddens death came as a huge shock. While he had disclosed his struggle with a disease that sapped all his energy a decade ago, he concealed this life-threatening condition as he was just hitting his stride in recording audios for his learningcollege. In hindsight, his promotion of Mercola, an amusing rant about doctors on his solitary Hotdog podcasts, phlegmic coughs between audio readings and later switchup to life lessons (including an excellent chilli recipe) were signs.

   It has been saddening to see the absence of obituraries from the more renowned members, who have unwittingly (or not) cribbed from his work. The despicable worm Brad Griffin had the nerve to use Alex’s death to promote his website. I have slowly come to understand that Alex’s polemics against the christian problem, honourable defense of Glenn Miller, holding White leaders to account, especially against the creeping cowardly conservative-minded “career girls” has led to this shunning.

   As gay as it is to say in public, Alex’s passing has alerted me to the old cliche about “the unbearable lightness of being”. In my milennial naivety, I half-expected my mentors to be around for the decades to come. With all that said, I owe my awakening to the tremendous works of Alex Linder and you. Without your insights I wouldn’t have come to realize the true nature and scale the problem our race faces. Thank you Tan!
